Cocoa-Nut Banana Protein Shake Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Essential Base Cocoa-Nut Protein Powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  Cocoa-Nut Espresso Protein Shake Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 scoop Essential Base Cocoa-Nut Protein Powder
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  Cocoa-Nut Peanut Butter Protein Shake Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut, almond or cashew milk
  • 1 scoop Essential Base Cocoa-Nut Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Ice cubes
  Instructions for all shakes:
