Ingredients:
  • 12 oz of canned (or fresh) pumpkin puree (for every 6oz pumpkin puree -> 1 scoop Essential Base)
  • 1 scoops of Essential Base Spiced Chai Protein Powder (depends on amount of servings being made)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup Daiya plain yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • Apple slices
  Instructions: Heat the pumpkin filling over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula, until it becomes fragrant, about 3 minutes. Stir in the spices and allow the puree to cook for about 1 additional minute. Remove the pumpkin from the heat and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Mix in Essential Base Spiced Chai Protein Powder. For creamy dip: Combine the pumpkin & protein mixture and yogurt in a blender, or food processor, and process until everything is fully combined. Transfer the dip to a container or bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to come together. Serve and enjoy!
