Ingredients:

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 1 1/8 teaspoons herbes de Provence, divided (OR mix 1 tablespoon each of dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, marjoram and savory in a small jar)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
- 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
