Spooky Blackberry Smoothie
Smoothies are an easy and fast way to get the nutrients you need to stay on track and not feel food deprived, as you may feel when trying a new "diet". They are great for when you are on the go or just need something quick to snack on. If you add a healthy source of fat (like 1 tbsp coconut oil) to this smoothie, it could be a full meal replacement! And plus, this smoothie has us in the halloween spirit, so try it out :)

Ingredients:
PC: My Vega & HerFitness- 1 cup blackberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vega® Chlorella (probably doesn't impact taste of shake, but still good for you!)
- 1 scoop Essential Base Vanilla Protein powder
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy within 45 minutes post-workout or whenever you please!
