Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Essential Base Protein Powder (Vanilla, Chocolate, Spiced Chai, or Peanut Butter)
- 8 oz coffee, cooled
- 8 oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- a few ice cubes for coldness (optional - depends on thickness preference)
- spices, fruit, etc. (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in a shaker bottle or blender and enjoy! :)
