This might be the best protein shake I've ever had! Even if pumpkin is associated with fall, I will be making this year round. Our Essential Base Spiced Chai Protein powder gives it that extra flavoring that makes this shake better than your average pumpkin shake. You'll believe me when you try it for yourselves! Ingredients:
#Herfitness- 1 small banana
- 1/2-cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup unsw. vanilla almond/cashew milk
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (essential)
- 1 1/2 scoop Essential Base Spiced Chai Protein powder
- 1 cup water
- Blend all together & enjoy :)
