Blueberry Vanilla Protein Popsicles Recipe
Try these delicious Blueberry Vanilla Protein Popsicles for a quick snack during the day! This recipe makes about 10 popsicles. Make sure you have ice pop molds, of course!

Ingredients:
pc: the slow roasted italian- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen defrosted
- 3 ½ cups Daiya vanilla yogurt, divided
- 4 scoops Vanilla Essential Base Protein Powder
- In a blender combine blueberries, Essential Base Protein Powder and 2 cups yogurt, blend until a smooth consistency is achieved. Fill ice pop molds with 1½ cups vanilla yogurt. Layer blueberry mixture on top. Freeze 4-24 hours, until ice pops are frozen through. Serve and enjoy!
