  • In a blender combine blueberries, Essential Base Protein Powder and 2 cups yogurt, blend until a smooth consistency is achieved. Fill ice pop molds with 1½ cups vanilla yogurt. Layer blueberry mixture on top. Freeze 4-24 hours, until ice pops are frozen through. Serve and enjoy!
