Who doesn’t love egg salad? Well this is egg salad with a bit of a twist and you HAVE to try it! Go for it - skip the deli line and the fat with this great BLT egg white salad dip!

Ingredients:
10 egg whites (hard boil then remove the yolk)
3 tbsp mustard
½ tsp fresh wasabi
8 grape tomatoes (diced)
1 stalk celery (diced)
3 slices applegate turkey bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves for serving
Directions:
Cook turkey bacon in pan, cut into small pieces, and set aside.
Place hard boiled egg whites into a bowl (yolks removed) and mash together with mustard and wasabi.
Add in diced grape tomatoes, bacon and celery and mix well.
Garnish w/ tomatoes and turkey bacon bits
Store in fridge until ready to eat.
Serve in lettuce cups, over a salad, or with cut up veggies.
