On a hot summer morning, there’s nothing better than a sweet frozen bowl of pure greatness. To make these healthy, vibrant breakfast bowls, all you need are a few of your favorite fruits and the toppings you desire. You can make this as healthy or as sweet and fruity as you please! The simple recipe we recommend is…. Bowl Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1 cup spinach 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk Toppings: fresh fruit, granola, unsweetened coconut shreds, etc. Instructions: Remove frozen bananas from freezer and let sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes to defrost a bit. Add all ingredients to blender and slowly blend or pulse until thick and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite toppings and enjoy! *Keep in mind that this makes about 3 servings so be sure to have a ziploc storage container handy to save some as a snack for later or for breakfast the following day!
