Using our Essential Base Spiced Protein Powder, you can make this delicious Protein-Packed Oatmeal! Perfect for breakfast or for lunch. Mix in fruit, chia seeds, whatever your favorite topping is! oatmeal-and-bananas   Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 scoop Essential Base Spiced Chai
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Chia seeds (optional)
  • Banana (optional)
  Directions: In a pan, heat the oats, cinnamon, water and milk and cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens. Take of the heat and mix in protein powder and peanut butter. Pour into a bowl and top with whatever you like (fruit, chia seeds, etc.)
