Healthy Breakfast "Sandwich"
You don't have to avoid a breakfast sandwich because of the carb overload. Instead, make the sandwich yourself using an egg "bun" and you will be able to enjoy the same flavors minus the guilt. Note - if you are cleansing you will have to use uncured turkey bacon instead of the sausage because of the high fat content in sausage.

Ingredients:

- 2-3 strips of turkey bacon or ¼ pound raw turkey breakfast sausage
- 2 large eggs
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup water
- 1 heaping tablespoon guacamole, veggies, pico de gallo, salsa, etc. (optional)
