Who doesn't love healthy, simple shakes that keep us feeling full for longer and we spend half the time making it. Our Cocoa-Nut protein powder is one of THE best protein mixes to make shakes with (in my opinion). We are sharing our top 3 favorite shake recipes with you guys! Cocoa-Nut Banana Protein Shake Ingredients:

- 1 scoop Essential Base Cocoa-Nut Protein Powder
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 scoop Essential Base Cocoa-Nut Protein Powder
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut, almond or cashew milk
- 1 scoop Essential Base Cocoa-Nut Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, and enjoy!
