4 Ingredient Blueberry Banana Muffins Recipe
Gluten-free and dairy-free, four ingredient muffins! These are an awesome breakfast on-the-go or quick snack for anytime of the day. They are also perfect for freezing if you make a few extras! Just wrap them in a paper towel and microwave for 10-20 seconds and it's ready to be eaten! :)

Ingredients:
pc: the soulful spoon- 3 cups of old fashion oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 5 average sized bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a muffin tin. In a food processor, combine all 4 ingredients and mix on medium speed until thick, and creamy-do not over-mix. Fill muffins tins, and bake for 18-20 minutes (use a toothpick to test center. If it comes out clean, they are done-if not add another minute or two) These are healthy muffins and meant to provide nutrition are sort of heavy, yet filling!
