Pumpkin Protein Balls Recipe
Happy Halloween to everyone! Sometimes during this time it's super hard to stay on the healthy track because there is candy EVERYWHERE. So, in order to stomp out your cravings in a healthy way, but also your kids, who I am sure are stuffing their faces into their pillowcases stuffed with candy, with these pumpkin protein balls are amazing and perfect for both you and your kids!

Ingredients:

- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- ¼ cup natural almond butter
- 1 scoop of Essential Base Protein powder (flavor of choice!)
- ¼ cup flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp stevia *optional
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup pecan pieces
- ¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- Combine pumpkin with protein powder, almond butter, flax meal, stevia, cinnamon, salt, and oats. Mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, pecans, and chocolate chips for topping. Place balls of pumpkin mixture in bowl of toppings, then roll to coat.
