Healthy Broccoli Salad Recipe
Broccoli salad usually has a ton of dairy products in it (cheese, sour cream, yogurt, etc.) and sometimes even sugar. This version is completely sugar and dairy free and so yummy. It's perfect to refresh you on these hot summer days!

Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli, finely chopped
3 stalks of celery, chopped
4 slices of cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1/4 red onion, diced
2 tbsp raisins
1 large avocado, diced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, bacon, raisins, red onion and celery In a separate bowl, combine the avocado, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar and mash together. Spoon out the avocado mixture and stir into the broccoli salad. Chill the refrigerator for about an hour and serve cold.
