Going gluten-free can be tough. It takes time to learn alternative ways to eat healthy, yet delicious meals since so many recipes have an ingredient that contains gluten. All the internet blogs feature recipes with a bread substitute which has a different texture and taste unless it's toasted in a toaster but that's not ideal. So, this week I want to share with you a few tips each day that will make gluten-free eating seem like a breeze! First up, teriyaki rice bowls! Combine wheat-free tamari or coconut aminos with honey or maple syrup to make a tasty teriyaki chicken and broccoli brown rice bowl. Add any vegetables you want, load them up! Switch it up with beef, chicken, turkey, and fish! Great part about this healthy recipe, you can top almost any healthy food with a sweet teriyaki sauce and kids will eat it!! SCORE Check back on the blog tomorrow for a new gluten-free recipe tip!
