Smoothies are awesome at anytime of the year because they are perfect for quick snacks or meals. This coconut grape smoothie is dairy-free and filled with protein and delicious flavor. It is perfect for any time of the day whenever you're in a rush. You can also make it in advance for a quick grab-and-go in the morning time! It may be a little bit different having grapes blended in a smoothie, but I promise you, it will not disappoint!

Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup vanilla flavored So Delicious "yogurt"
    • 1/2 cup ice
    • 1 cup frozen red grapes
    • 10 oz coconut milk
    • 1/2 frozen banana (for extra thickness)
    • 1 scoop vanilla Essential Base protein powder
    • Optional (to make it more tart): add in 1 tbsp of lime juice
