For a yummy, creamy lunch or dinner, you should definitely try this Creamy Balsamic Chicken and Brussel Sprouts recipe! It's extremely satisfying when you're really craving something creamy and dairy filled.

Serves 1
Ingredients:
6 oz cooked cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup brussel sprouts
1 cup baby bella mushrooms
1 oz chopped walnuts
1 tbsp homemade mayo (found under ‘condiments’ in the recipe tab
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium sized frying pan, saute your brussel sprouts on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add in your mushrooms and cook for about another 4-5 minutes until mushrooms are cooked through. Add in your cooked shredded chicken and chopped walnuts and toss until hot. Take off the heat. In a small bowl, whisk together your mayo, vinegar, and the rest of the seasonings until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat everything. Enjoy!
