- 1/2 cup Grated carrots (one large carrot)
- 1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Apple pie spice
- 2 tbs stevia
- 1 cup Old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Essential Base powder (or additional oats)
