Overnight Oats are the best for a quick, simple breakfast! Not only are they super easy to whip up, they are made right in a jar for easy eating on the go! If you’d like to enjoy some fresh fruit on top, make sure to put some fruit aside for when you’re ready to indulge in the morning!

  Ingredients:
  • ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Essential Base Protein Powder (we suggest Vanilla, Chocolate, or our Cocoa-Nut flavor!)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax meal - *optional: if cleansing, 2 tbsp chia seeds = 1 fat
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • ⅓ cup chopped ripe mango
  • ½ ripe banana, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  Instructions:
  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Ladle or spoon the mixture into jars with tight-fitting lids. Close and refrigerate overnight, and enjoy in the morning!
