Using sweet potatoes as "buns" are the perfect way to keep indulging in sandwiches and such but with a much less amount of carbs!

These sliders are SO easy and simple to make too! All you have to do is cut 1/4 inch slices of sweet potato and cook them in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes. Make sure to flip in between and lightly coated in olive oil and salt. To make the sandwich, layer turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado and mustard. ENJOY :)
