Greek Chicken Salad Recipe
Make this Greek Chicken Salad and place on top of cucumber slices for a simple, yet delicious lunch or snack! Be sure to use our mayo recipe to keep it dairy-free, of course. If you would like to make it a more complete/filling meal, place in lettuce cups or on top of a healthy greek salad!

Ingredients:

- 1½ cups celery, chopped
- 1½ cups grapes, halved
- ½ cup our healthy mayonnaise recipe (find on our recipe page here under “condiments”)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp greek seasoning
- Combine tall ingredients in a large bowl. Mix evenly and eat and enjoy!
