Our dedicated and experienced instructor team will guide you through a 45 min or 60 min workout that will PUSH you to your limits and work you to the core. This enables the classes to not only maximize your workout, but also make you sweat in an exciting and fun-filled atmosphere.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Purchase the promotional package online or in either Prime Cycle studio. (if you do not already have an account with Prime Cycle, you will have to create one HERE)
2. Go to our 15-day Custom Cleanse, and add it to your cart. Enter the promo code you received from PRIME after purchasing the package and proceed to checkout.
3. Complete the questionnaire
4. In 48 hours you will receive your 100% customized food and supplement plan via email and your package of goodies will be waiting for you at the downtown studio
