Usually, these 7-layer taco dips are filled with dairy products like cheese and sour cream and loads of sodium! By making it yourself, you're able to adjust it to exactly what you want/need it to be! You can use any meat you desire or none at all!

  Ingredients: 2 cups guacamole 1.5 cups salsa 1 lb grilled chicken, diced 2 cups shredded lettuce 1 small can sliced black olives 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes ¼ small onion, diced Handful fresh cilantro, minced Plantains (for chips)   Instructions: In a glass dish layer the ingredients in the listed order. For the plantain chips slice peel and slice on an angle into thin chips. Heat about 5-6 tablespoons of oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Fry the chips 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. You will need to fry these in batches!
