Snacking has always been my favorite past time. With these turkey bacon wrapped asparagus pieces, snacking is as healthy and GOOD as it gets during cleanse-time! You can make them as crunchy as you'd like them just by cooking them a bit longer than recommended. These are my favorite healthy snack because they are filled with healthy proteins and greens!!! Who wouldn't love that.

  Ingredients:
  • 20 pieces of asparagus, trimmed
  • 5 pieces of turkey bacon (or more if desired)
  • salt/pepper to taste
  Instructions:
  • Begin by cutting the turkey bacon into 4 equal strips each. Lay out the 20 asparagus stalks and begin to wrap each with one of the turkey bacon strips. Spray a baking sheet and place the wrapped asparagus on there. (you can use a wire rack too for even more crispiness!). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until you reach desired texture. Serve and enjoy :)
