Peanut Butter & Grapes Protein Snack Recipe
When you think about peanut butter and jelly, I am sure you instantly think about sugar, fat and carbs - right? Now, you don't have to! Although it is not quite the same, it is definitely a snack that will curb any cravings for something sweet and salty. Whenever you need a midday or evening snack, these grapes are the perfect snack that are high in protein and pack a little sweet punch from the grape!

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp plain Daiya yogurt
- pinch pumpkin pie spice *optional
- 1 cup grapes
- Arrange grapes in a single, tightly packed layer in a small airtight container. In a bowl, microwave peanut butter and almond milk. Start with microwaving for 15 seconds and add on more time - stirring each time - until melted. Mix in yogurt and pumpkin pie spice if you choose. Pour mixture over grapes, tossing to coat. They will not be evenly covered, but each should have some of the mixture on it. Store in freezer and eat as you please!
