Vegetarian White Chili Recipe
This white chili is actually incredibly easy and quick to make. If you prefer to add chicken or ground turkey to your chili’s, by all means, GO for it! Either way, this is the best white chili around, plus, it’s oil and guilt free!

Ingredients:

- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 - 15 oz white beans, drained
- 1 small can of jalapeño slices, drained
- 8 oz Daiya cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped white onion
- 1 cup corn cooked and peeled
- First heat vegetable broth in a casserole. Fry the garlic, onions and peppers for about 5 minutes. Add in the vegetable broth, daiya cream cheese, white chili seasoning, and jalapeños. Cook for around 10 minutes on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, finishing with the beans and corn and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
