ZESTY LEMON SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients:

1/2 cup olive oil
1 large lemon, juiced
1 tsp stevia
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove, minced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. You can store this in the fridge for about a week! We recommend pouring this dressing over a salad topped with salmon or chicken!
