TURKEY BURGER SLIDERS

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey (99/1)
  • 1 egg : chia gel (Make ahead of time: 4 tbsp milled chia + 1 cup water. Place in jar, shake and refrigerate - this will serve as go-to replacement for baking/cooking)
  • 1 cup chopped jalapenos/onions/peppers

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Use your hands to make patties about 4” in diameter and place onto heated griddle.
  3. Brown both sides, transfer to casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes, in covered dish, then remove from oven.
  5. Serve for your friends and family with the option to dip in mustard/salsa
