STRAWBERRY GRANOLA BARK

Counts as: 1 Fruit + 1 Fat  |  Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz Daiya yogurt (plain)
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup granola (Purely Elizabeth brand or any gluten free brand)

Directions:

  1. Spread the yogurt evenly over a 9x13” pan (covered with aluminum foil).
  2. Sprinkle strawberries and granola on top, pressing it lightly into the yogurt.
  3. Freeze for about 1 hour or until frozen. Serve immediately or keep in freezer and store for up to 30 days.
