STEAK SALAD

Counts as: 1 Protein + 2 Fat  |  Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean steak of your choice
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries mix
  • Silvered almonds
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Sauté steak in pan.
  2. While that cooks, mix together arugula, berries, and almonds. In small bowl mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard.
  3. When all is cooked and complete add together and enjoy!
