STEAK SALAD

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean steak of your choice
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 cup raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries mix
- Silvered almonds
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Sauté steak in pan.
- While that cooks, mix together arugula, berries, and almonds. In small bowl mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard.
- When all is cooked and complete add together and enjoy!
