ROASTED BROCCOLI + CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients:
- 3 heads of broccoli, 2 heads of cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 1.5 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pow
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place florets into a baking dish or pan
- Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over broccoli and cauliflower. Then season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix around to help coat the broccoli
- Bake for 20-25 minutes – flipping over about halfway through
- Remove from oven let cool for a few minutes. Serve 1-2 cups as 1 Vegetable
