RANCH DIP

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Daiya plain yogurt
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 6 medium tomatillos
  • 1 small shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 TBSP fresh dill

Directions:

  1. Combine tomatillos, shallot, garlic, yogurt, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor (or blender).
  2.  Blend all ingredients together until mostly smooth and serve!
