RANCH DIP

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Daiya plain yogurt
- 1 TBSP lime juice
- 6 medium tomatillos
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 2 TBSP fresh dill
Directions:
- Combine tomatillos, shallot, garlic, yogurt, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor (or blender).
- Blend all ingredients together until mostly smooth and serve!
