MUSHROOM PIZZA

Ingredients:
- 1 large portabello mushroom
- 1/3 cup Tomato sauce (Victoria's is our favorite)
- 4 oz Lisanatti Almond cheese
- Protein of your choice (Applegate turkey pepperoni)
- Veggies of your choice (diced peppers)
Directions:
- Scoop out the inside of a portobello mushroom.
- Add sauce, almond cheese, & veggies and proteins of your choice.
- Bake it in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
