MUSHROOM PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • 1 large portabello mushroom
  • 1/3 cup Tomato sauce (Victoria's is our favorite)
  • 4 oz Lisanatti Almond cheese
  • Protein of your choice (Applegate turkey pepperoni)
  • Veggies of your choice (diced peppers)

Directions:

  1. Scoop out the inside of a portobello mushroom.
  2. Add sauce, almond cheese, & veggies and proteins of your choice.
  3. Bake it in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
