CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE

Ingredients:
- 2 Medium avocados
- 1/3 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla extract)
- 2 tablespoons xylitol
- pinch sea salt
Directions:
- Put everything in a food processor and blend under silky smooth and rich.
- Taste, and adjust any ingredients until it tastes perfect to you. Refrigerate for about 1 hour and enjoy.
