CHIA MEATLOAF

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey/chicken (99% lean)
- 3 egg-whites
- 2 tablespoons milled chia seeds
- ½ packet (per lb) SIMPLY ORGANIC (any flavor)
- OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup minced jalapenos (jar'd in water is acceptable)
Directions:
- Mix ingredients until even and form loaf in greased baking dish. Spray with olive oil (use pump bottle)
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes then 350 for about 45 minutes
- Remove for oven and let sit for 10 minutes then ENJOY
