CHIA MEATLOAF

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey/chicken (99% lean)
  • 3 egg-whites
  • 2 tablespoons milled chia seeds
  • ½ packet (per lb) SIMPLY ORGANIC (any flavor)
  • OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup minced jalapenos (jar'd in water is acceptable)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients until even and form loaf in greased baking dish. Spray with olive oil (use pump bottle)
  2. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes then 350 for about 45 minutes
  3. Remove for oven and let sit for 10 minutes then ENJOY
