BREAKFAST STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients:
- 2 bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 6 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 2 cups veggies (of your choice)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place your peppers in a baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together your eggs, veggies, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into peppers. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until egg is cooked firm.
