BAKED CINNAMON APPLES

Ingredients:
- 4 granny smith apples, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat on the stove, combine all of the ingredients, except apples, for 1-2mins. Stir the apples for another minute or two
- Transfer the skillet to the oven, and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through the baking time
- The apples are ready when they are fork-tender and golden. Serve warm as is, or store in fridge
