APPLE CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 organic apples, cored and chopped
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tsp ground cinamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- Pinch of fine sea salt
- Optional - For additional protein add a scoop of protein powder
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients to a bowl/jar and stir well
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy it cold, or heat it up if you prefer it warm.
