APPLE CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS

APPLE CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS

Counts as: 1 Starch + 1 Fruit  |  Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 organic apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tsp ground cinamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • Optional - For additional protein add a scoop of protein powder

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients to a bowl/jar and stir well
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy it cold, or heat it up if you prefer it warm.
